Unfortunately, Cronus are no longer able to officially support Windows 7/8.
The firmware update tool should still work, but Zen Studio may have some limitations due to lack of support in Windows 7 for new drivers and newer apps for PS REMOTE PLAY, XBOX and STEAM.
