Unfortunately support has ended for Windows 7 | Windows 8.
The firmware update tool should still work. However, Zen Studio may have some limitations due to lack of support in Windows 7|8 for the newer drivers and newer apps for PS REMOTE PLAY, XBOX and STEAM.
