You will be given an “Infection” whenever you break the guidelines or our in-house Discord Rules.
The most common broken rules are: Not keeping content in its appropriate channel and messaging/tagging users.
Help! Someone keeps messaging me via the Server!
No one should feel harassed or have to disable their messages. If you’re being sent Direct Messages (“DMS”) without asking or for help and aren’t replying to your response in-server you can report them manually send a screenshot to Cancellation#2669 in the Discord.
However, if you do with to disable DMS you can disable them via User Settings > Privacy & Safety and toggle Allow direct messages from server members. Now, only friends can direct message you.
